Description: Cannot disable/shutoff Screenpad & use External Monitor on HDMI
Model: VivoBook S15
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
Reset OS: No
I just got a new laptop. I'm learning to work with it. I use an external monitor via HDMI. When the Screenpad is enabled it works as if I have 3 monitors, so I have to move an external mouse over the screen pad to my external. It works but is not smooth.
I want to have the Screenpad in regular touch pad mode. But when I do this, the mouse no longer works on my external monitor. I also tried to shutoff the Touchpad completely. It too does not work.
How do I "disable" the Screenpad and still have the mouse/touchpad work with my external monitor?
