Asus is not supporting 2 external monitors. One is connected with HDMI, and it is working .Second monitor is connected through port type C using different hubs, it's not working. (on hub devices like mouse and keyboard are working perfect)

Query based on your serial number, your laptop's USB TYPE-C does not support display.

Asus laptop consist 2 different ports one is HDMI and the 2nd one is VGA port you can use VGA port to connect the 2nd screen
