Asus x515jab randomly restart and boots bios

I bought an Asus X515JAB laptop a month ago. 2 weeks ago it starts randomly restarting and boots bios. Then i can boot windows 11 with save changes and exit. The laptop doing this once a day or 2 days. What can I do? Please help! THX!

Are your BIOS and system updated to the latest? 
Or please go to BIOS, load bios default.

May I ask if the memory you are using is originally attached to you by us? Or is the memory you are using an additional purchase?
If you have purchased additional memory and installed it, I would suggest that you remove this memory first to confirm whether there is a compatibility problem.
