Asus x515jab randomly restart and boots bios

I bought an Asus X515JAB laptop a month ago. 2 weeks ago it starts randomly restarting and boots bios. Then i can boot windows 11 with save changes and exit. The laptop doing this once a day or 2 days. What can I do? Please help! THX!

If so, I would recommend that you do a data backup first, then restore the entire system.

I've been reistalling windows 11 twice, the problem is the same 😞
