The newly bought laptop has a problem with the screen where even though the laptop is turned on the screen goes black randomly as if the screen went to sleep. This sometimes happens as much as 4 times per 20 minutes. I can solve this issue by turning off the laptop and then turning it back on which restarts the screen but the normal screen restart method Windows logo + Ctrl + Shift + B doesn't work. I can also use a monitor to mirror the screen and see the screen from there.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me understand the issue and find a fix.
