Hello everyone!
I just received this laptop and I really love it, but there seem to be an issue.
After using the laptop for a time (it can be hours or tens of minutes, very sporadic) the laptop drops all Bluetooth devices and then it reconnects (some devices faster eg.: keyboard and mouse, some slower: sony headphone or jbl speaker). I just switched my mouse from bluetooth to a dongle and when this drop happens the mouse also stops moving for half a second (but I'm not totally sure about this), but the content (Youtube for example) keeps playing so the whole system doesn't freeze up.
In the Event Viewer I can see the following events popping up:
I can conform that this happens full reboot (hard shutdown), all drivers are updated to the newest (according to MyAsus) and that I know of no other side effects. Troubleshooters (Windows and MyAsus) detect nothing of this happening.
BIOS version: v307
Can you please help me figure out what is happening, and what the correct course for fixing this should be?

I would recommend referring to the following FAQ to uninstall the Bluetooth device from the Device Manager, restart the laptop, and then reinstall the driver.
[Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Bluetooth Functionality Anomaly Issue
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Hello @Falcon_ASUS !
Thank you for your message! I tried the troubleshooting. I uninstalled the driver according to the steps and reinstalled it. I tested it for the day and it is still producing the issue.
I also tried to disable the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter > Power Management > Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option but to no avail.

If the issue persists even after reinstalling the Bluetooth device and drivers, and if your laptop is newly purchased, I would recommend contacting the retailer to check if a return or exchange is possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
