asus vivobook s 14x oled - solar silver laptop but no numpad appears on touchpad

Detailed description：
I got this laptop yesterday in the solar silver color just for that numpad and it does not appear on my touchpd , i should see 2 icosn on top right and left touchpad but i dont have them.
system is updated + intel updates + asus ones.
what am i missing ?

I actually have the same exact problem. I just bought a brand new Asus Vivobook S 14x OLED from Newegg and one of my main reasons for buying was the NumPad on the touchpad. I was really disappointed to see that it didn't have it. Does the feature vary by model? Because it doesn't say anything about that neither on the Asus website nor Newegg.

The NumPad function of this model is optional, if the model you purchased does not have this function, I would recommend reporting back with the dealer to see if you can return or exchange the item. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
