asus s510uar touchpad issue

i recently bought a asus s510uar core i3 8th gen model from amazon and the touchpad movement is so erratic and its really frustrating to use my laptop . only workaround is to use a optical mouse , it occurs with and without the charger pluged in!! drivers are all in latest version , is there any way to solve this issue
