I recently purchased a ASUS VivoBook 15 F512DA a ASUS VivoBook Flip 14 TP401MA notebook and a ASUS PEN SA300. I am unable to get the pen to work on either devices, I have also replaces the batteries. Is this pen compatible with these notebooks?

Unfortunately, you bought the wrong stylus.
SA300 supports the following models:
Compatible with USI 1.0 device.
ASUS Chromebook Flip C436FA
CM5500FDA/CX5500FEA
CM3200FVA/FM1A
CX9400CEA

** F512DA should not support the use of stylus
