This is the second time the motherboard has failed with the same issue. As a customer, I believe this points to a clear manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear. Despite my repeated complaints, the issue has not been resolved, and I am being asked to pay again for a known defect.
My Request:
I request free replacement or repair of the motherboard, as this is a recurring issue caused by a product fault, not misuse or external damage. As per the Consumer Protection Act, selling defective products and refusing resolution constitutes unfair trade practice.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 7 days, I will be compelled to file a complaint with the Consumer Court and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
