phone randomly switching off 3-4 times a month

Frequency of Occurrence:3-4 times a month
My phone randomly switches off 3-4 times a month and on the top of it all my customization like dark mode ,themes ,font ,font color etc are set to default automatically

Its a known issue and you need to visit the service center. You can try factory reset once before visiting to check if it fixes. Also, make sure your phone is on the latest software version i.e. ending with .65
