Firmware Version: WW_17.0240.2012.65_0
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: 5 times a day
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Any
While using any app or even if we unlock the device the screen get stuck and device start to reset, sometimes it resets 2 time continuously.

I think you might have spelled reset incorrectly. If you mean restart then its a known issue and you need to visit the service center. You can try factory reset once before visiting to check if it fixes.
