Did you also toggle the airplane mode too?

Are your SIM card the same network provider too?

By toggling airplane mode, I mean turn on airplane mode and then turn off again.
Do you see your contacts from the SIM card?
If you can, then you need to speak to your carrier. Sounds like it is locked.

I had this issue after the latest update installed. I had to re-add my apn, boot in and out of safe mode a few times and Toggle the "lte only" option from phone information before I could get service. I've noticed that I always have to re-add my apn in and save after a update

ok i do it but nothing and i see all my sim contact. carrier is locked in africa they can't do anything about that.
any idea please
