Yes, it has. You can see in battery health, ROG 2 has the capability of hold charging until a specified time, then is perfectly possible to implement at least "charge to 80%" feature.

You can charge to 80% with Battery Care right now.
The whole point of Bypass Charging is - well, bypass charging.
