Was your phone on at that time? If you hold the power button down, it should force shut down. If no luck with that, try holding power button and volume down for 10 - 15 seconds. Let go, and then try turning the phone back on.

Hi try below:
Connect your charger and see if the charging light gets on
Leave the phone plugged on to the charger for an hour or two
Press power button and see if the phone turns back on
If it still is same condition,
