Heating issue after getting back from service center

Frequency of Occurrence: evertime

Earlier my phone was having reboot or switch off issue while charging..after that I get it to service center and motherboard was found faulty after getting back my phone from service center it's having issue of external parts heating..crates temp. Is not much higher it goes upto just 39-40 Celsius while charging but external now heats like hell within 5 min of charging like as was on .47 update
Can anyone help me out for this😑

The phone would get warm between 34C to 43C during charge, but it shouldn't be unbearable for you to hold.
If you are around sunlight, keep it away from sunlight too.
