Model Name: ASUS_l001DE
Firmware Version: WW-18.0210.2201.215
Rooted or not: No, Never
Frequency of Occurrence: Always from past month
I am facing this "device is not certified" issue in my Rog Phone II from past months. I would have never noticed it if amazon's upi team wouldn't have told me that my device is not passing somthing called "Play Integrity".
I have never ever unlocked bootloader or installed any custom rom or rooted. Also my device is running on the last latest update that you guys provided WW-18.0210.2201.215. I also have an asus laptop and now I am thinking to shift to another brand if this is what you guys want:(

@Titan_ASUS Well I did everything you said still nothing, I have attached the screenshots of what my device showed
I just wanted to tell you this as it might be important for you somehow that since yesterday I did some research on this issue and found that I am not alone, this issue is happening in almost all series of asus phones randomly whether Rog's or Zenphones since google has transitioned from Safety net Attestation API to Play Integrity API and to confirm this I checked the date and guess what it showed me the transition was effectively completed on May 20, 2025 by google and then in first week of June Play Store started showing "device not certified" which I remember vividly.
Please fix this issue ASAP 😞
