White noise during aux for Sony CH720N

I tried on the headphones "CH720N" and when playing music, there's constant white noise when the volume between 1-60, as soon as I put it between on higher frequencies the white noise disappears, 

Pretty sure this is not a aux port issue as other earphones work perfectly well, and works well on high frequencies of the same model (Ch-720n) 

When connecting the headphone (CH720n) on another phone like a samsung (through aux), the headphone works perfectly fine.. 

Any idea what could be the issue?

We got a software update recently 34.1420.1420.407

And the issue of the hissing sound (white noise) still persist, 

Hoping that this issue will be resolved soon

I got another headphone and I am facing the same issue "Alienware 520h" 

Thankfully it's not as worse as the sony but it still exists

That's very odd, is the headphone jack clean?

Yes, I have tried restarting it too, 

But to no avail.

When I use earphones, like the JBL T50HI or any other type of earphones, it works perfectly well
