Issue on whatsapp voice recording message

I just noticed recently my ASUS Rog 9 with really bad experience when i use voice message in WhatsApp. I have no idea to anti noise setting, because when I record a voice message few times it's work normally, but the next voice is crashed, included so much noises, like sometimes good and sometimes come with weird sound I have tried to restart the phone, reinstalled WhatsApp, and found turn on/off all of related to voice recording and the Ai anti noise button or switch on some sound settings on the phone , the 1st or 2nd voice message in WhatsApp performs normal, but crashed in the next voice. I think this is a bug between ASUS and WhatsApp. And I have also tried to use voice message in other social communicated apps, they all works perfectly, this problem only happen in WhatsApp, and my phone doesn't install Google Assistant as I saw in communities that asking other user to turn off it. I don't know how to fix and need help.

Hi, i found the google assistant setting on google apps, so thanks anyway the problem is already solved but here is another issue for facebook messenger like sometimes the messages i send will stuck on sending and no response for few hours. I did everything that other users taught on this group like turn off all the setting related to power/battery saver but still the same. Could you guys help to solve or any method that i can do?

How often does this happen? And is it on a specific app?

The battery saving settings are more for when the apps are in the background but they should still be able to send the messages.

Yes often and it happen when i lock screen or close the app and go to other app.
