I'm having trouble connecting my ASUS ROG Phone 8 to my Windows laptop via USB 3.0 while using the AeroActive Cooler X. The cooler works perfectly with my phone, but when I link my phone to my laptop using a USB 3.0 (Windows) to Type-C (phone) cable, the device isn't recognized. I've tried both the port on the cooler fan and the side port of my phone, but neither works.
For reference, I previously had an ASUS ROG Phone 6 with the cooler fan, and it worked without any issues in a similar setup.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

The port on the aeroactive cooler doesn't support usb data connection.

I've tried them both. the cooler port & the side port when I connect the aeroactive cooler x it seems they both don't support usb data connection!.
it's work just fine when I remove the aeroactive cooler.
As I mentioned before (I previously had an ASUS ROG Phone 6 with the cooler fan, and it worked without any issues in a similar setup.)

Hello @deounix
Data transfer is not available while the AeroActive Cooler X is connected.

Hi,
But why?? What is the point of making it like this? What if I want to connect my phone with PC for streaming, mirroring ... etc
