When I connect my Aeroactive cooler X sometimes it says to have a firmware update of the cooler but it keeps faills.Can someone please help?

Wired Earphones making Loud hissing noise on my rog phone 8 pro I could still hear the content i was playing but the hissing sounds so bad..When I connect my earphones at my aeroactive cooler X or using the type-C to 3.5mm audio jack , it sounds norm...

Please add the option for disable direct share.I don't use this and it's annoying when I try to share something...I could accidentally send at the wrong person

The firmware version is the recent version 34.1420.1420.387 No It happens intermittently not always. But when it happens this happens multiple times.

And also the content sounds weaker then when I connect via Aeroactive cooler X 3.5mm port or usb C to 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth earphones
