My Phone keep getting black screen always while hearing voice messages (in whatscrapapp but not in Telegram) or during any phone calls since I replaced the screen protector. How to disable the hear sensor in RoG Phone 7? Is it a developer option?

Actually ASUS is outside the mobile phones business, as they announced this year.

Force reboot device with it off.Press every button for about one minute of over and then wait.

This is always the same issues. The best option is to keep it's original firmware software update forever.
