Sounds crackling

I attached a video showing crackling sound when using cooler , somehow it's happens when cooler was attached

Usually happens when im gaming , sometimes happen while using social media etc , in a day it will happened once or twice

Is it the bottom/right speaker?
If so Mine is the same and it's random. Sometimes it's normal, sometimes it isn't.
