Sounds crackling

I attached a video showing crackling sound when using cooler , somehow it's happens when cooler was attached

While using headphones i got no problem at all , im use it with cooler and its okey

It also happen to me on and off (didn't use aeroactive cooler in my case)

If I using headphone I got no problem. It's only happened when using speakers.
