I can't register cooler X which comes inbox with rog 8 pro edition i bought , can someone help ? It said invalid product SN 

I attached a video showing crackling sound when using cooler , somehow it's happens when cooler was attached 

When i first installed the cooler , the update pop-up , along the update happened , suddenly it failed then after that i remove the cooler and tried to attach back to phones , hoping the update would pop-up again but it never happens , i cant even c...
