Rog 8 in game voice chat bug when using aeroactive cooler x

The problem occured when you put on aeroactive cooler x while turning the in game voice chat on. The voice chat's volume suddenly becomes so low that i always needs to use headset in order to hear my teamates. I'm guessing it's because back then the aeroactive cooler 7 had a subwoofer? I don't know tho. Please fix it, it's very uncomfortable to play games using headset for me.

I've gotten information regarding this and it appears to be that the app will force "Handset mode" when a UAC 2.0 device is connected, this is also happening on phones from other companies, I would recommend to report this issue to the game developers so that they can look into it.
