Aero Active Cooler X - Frozen Mode not working

Hi,

I just bought an active cooler x for my ROG phone 9 pro. But when connecting aac x, frozen mode is not working and I'm getting a message to connect to a powerful charger. I'm using an official 65w charger andsteady charging is disabled. Connecting the charger without the cooler and getting fast charging.

When connecting the cable to the phone, are you getting Fast Charge? Or HyperCharge?

If you are using the original charger and not receiving HyperCharge there could be something faulty at the charger or the cable
