Aeroactive cooler x pro Issue

My aeroactive cooler x pro is working when the usb-c is not plugged in, but when i try to plug the usb and try different modes it doesn't cools my Rog Phone 9 Pro after I detached the cooler,

maybe the problem was the cooler or the Charger Brick/Usb cable,

has anyone experienced something like this?

So if I understand correctly, the cooler only cools when it's not connected to the power?

it only doesn't cools when i connect the charging cable in the cooler's usb port,

 I can't see the cooler firmware ver. in my rog phone 9 pro, but i experienced the issues even before i update the firmware last week ig

i tried to use log tool and save it in google drive as i saw in other forum
