Aeroactive cooler x can't use frozen mode since update.

Was this an update for your ROG Phone? Or was it a firmware update for the cooler?

This happen after I update the latest system for my rog 9 pro. For the aeroactive cooler x i don't know the firm update yet.

Does this happen even after restarting the phone? And are you using the original charger when connecting it to the charger?

Yes. Even i restart and always using original charger it still can't use frozen mode. And even i playing games with charger connected to the cooler and using smart bypass, my battery not rising up.
