the cooler X stopped working since last update .427 it Even doesnt cool without playing and feels like if it was just using air, cooling pad feels hot. Does Asus test their updates before launch them?
Send us a new update for armoury crate for our cooler X to make it works again. We havent paid that much for this to get a piece of hot trash.

Que Please check the update code carefully, because the problem is there! It is not a hardware issue.
You should at least try to do what we say so that you can see it.t.f.

The user sent a log with the information the cooler connected to the phone produced, in that log it showed the R&D that something was not making the cooling plate cool down, so it has to be checked by a Service Center.
The Service Center can look into it better and test what could be causing the issue.
But according to the log sent it does not show to be a software issue.

Here's three of us telling you the same version of error, which happened literally 1 second after updating our phones and we've "solved" the error plugin the cable after connected the cooler to the phone, so..even if the log show that I can't send you my cooler x because it wasn't bought in the US so..please work more hard and fix this trash update which give us the worst experience with ASUS. Because now we've a 120 dlls cooler which we can't enjoy.

This isn't any hardware issue, it also happened to me and some others since the last update. In my case this happens sometimes, I think it depends if you connect the cooler without the power cable or if you connect it with the power cable plugged in. This is clearly noticable because when you plug it off the back cover and the cooler are hot and not cold
