ROG Phone 7 battery goes from 43% to 0% and shuts off instantly

This is the third time it happened in the last week -- I've been using my phone, and the moment the battery hit 43% it just instantly goes to 0% and says Shutting Down. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and is able to help?

I had the phone for less than a year, and I have about 25 days of warranty left if anything.

this could either be a faulty hardware or just a terribly, terribly calibrated one. after the phone has shut down, what happens if you go into the recovery mode? are you still able to access it?

If you still have warranty then I would recommend you to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center as they can look into it in detail. It does sound like it could be some battery calibration issue.
Is it always at 43%?
