Rog 7 with SIMBA network in Singapore

How do I get the ROG 7 to work with SIMBA network in Singapore. They say the phone is not on the supported list.

For the phone to work on a network with 5G and VoLTE it has to be allowed by the service provider, are you getting any signal?

Yes. I get the signal but can't make or recieve calls. Data is fine though.
