Have you tried SMMI testing. You can try it from Calculator > .12345+= Maybe you can find something in results there after doing speaker test. Or try rebooting your device in safe mode. If you don't find anything from both these options software update or the hardware side speaker parts may have some issues. If basic troubleshooting doesn't help visiting serve centre will be the only viable option.
