Hello @RsProKH007
Tencent devices outside of China are normally rooted and out of support. They do not receive system updates via OTA as the process of rooting removes them from the update server.
If you recently got your phone I would recommend contacting your seller.

If your ROG Phone 7 (Tencent version) is not receiving system updates, here are a few steps you can take:
Check for Updates Manually:
- Go to Settings > System > System updates.
- Tap on Check for updates.
Check Internet Connection:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is preferable for downloading updates).
Region Compatibility:
- Tencent versions of the ROG Phone might have region-specific firmware. Verify if your device's firmware is compatible with your current region.
Update Firmware Manually:
- Visit the ASUS support website and search for your device model.
- Download the latest firmware update for your model.
- Follow the instructions on the website to install the update manually.
Clear System Update Cache:
- Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > System update.
- Tap on Storage & cache and clear the cache and storage.
Factory Reset (Last Resort):
- Backup your data.
- Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).
Contact Support:
- If none of the above steps work, contact ASUS customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance for your device model and region.
Make sure to back up your data before attempting manual updates or factory resets.
