Good day! I kinda have a problem using my ROG Phone 7. I will try to summarize what's going on just to give a clear point.
When I start using ROG Phone 7 for weeks, I notice that every time I make a call or receiving a call within my contacts. They always cannot hear me on their phone, so I run check to my microphone by recording myself thru application and I diagnosed it that the microphone isn't working. I do reset and restart to make it work again. however, the solution is temporary only. Whenever I play games, the mode automatically mutes all the incoming calls during times. And once I'm done playing, the normal setting is not automatically getting back from what it used to be. So, I have to restart again to enable microphone without a problem.
after doing it for at least 5 times, it stuck on ROG loading screen. after 15 minutes estimated, the phone told that the system cannot load so the options are needed to reboot or Factory Reset. either of the two I do, it only continues on stuck loading.
