The US model A15 ROM contains installers for several Chinese apps in /system/app. Hopefully that's a build mistake and not malware. It looks like other phones have them too.
I found some apps like manga deals and blibli and more weird things xd in the system and you can't delete them because they are bloatware in the system. Like files you can't delete because they are on the system Access folder.
