Can't update firmware after 217

I want to tell the Asus company that you are unfair and spit on your fans. My phone cannot update the firmware after 217. Although I know that firmware 225 and 229 have already been released, they are not available on the website. I also want to know why Vo-LTE and Vo-wifi do not work on this phone? We paid money for your product, chose it from many other brands, and you spit on us. If this injustice continues, I will never buy ASUS again.

@Arthur22
Please confirm if your phone's firmware is used across different regions.
If not, please refer to the following method to update the firmware.
Tap "Check Update" in "Settings" -> "System update" to check if the firmware is the latest version.
Note: During the update process, please charge your phone with the AC adaptor or make sure the phone has at least 15% battery power level.

However, if you are unable to update, it is advisable to visit a repair center for further verification.
The following is the contact information:

Also you can contact the local service center for help.

Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Okay, I'll ask again. Why is the new firmware not on the website? When I check the firmware on my phone, it shows that firmware 217 is the latest.

Also you ignored my question about Vo-WiFi and Vo-LTE. When will this feature be available?

 If I use system update it show what 217 is last firmware version. This is true?

Vo-LTE works fine on this phone. It always did. Have you checked with your carrier?
