Have you tried fresh install? Cleaning the system cache and fully factore feset?

I did a factory reset and removed the tempered glass now it seems okay... But still more worried to use the device without display protectors..

It could be that the screen protector causes issues if it's too thick.
The official ROG Phone 9 Screen Protector has a thickness of 0.16mm, please make sure your screen protectors are about that thick.
