First of all I bought ROG phone 7 from their concept store then notice having issue with battery/charging(fast consumption even without using overnight and charging slow like hell took almost 2 hours). Tried to ask them for replacement which then said policy doesn't allow them. Advice me to send to service center for repair which that is what I did. Funny thing is firstly they inform me is the main board issue and took the whole one week for repair. I asked isn't the issue is with the battery and they insist is the main board. Reached home and test the on the second day and guess what? The charging issue is still there. Their after sale service is just worst: waste your time waiting, fix nothing and pricey as hell. #rog phone 7
