For the last few months I've had very intermittent signal and thought maybe it's just a brief problem with the network where I live
Now I just get no signal at all no matter where I am
I've done various methods of troubleshooting which include swapping the sim card to different slots, resetting my APN settings, manually adding the APN settings, rebooting my phone into safe mode, I even went into my local phone shop and got a replacement sim and I thought that had worked initially, but I don't think it has made a difference. I feel I've done everything I can apart from factory reset my phone which I want to avoid if possible as I've had this phone for 5+ years
According to the SMMI test both sim card slots are working but the actual network test itself has failed on both slots
