I get error using the unlock tool fail to to unlock [24803]. I cannot find OEM unlock item in developer settings.
how to solve that?

Same problem here, "Failed to unlock your device, please try again later.[24803]" and can't find the "OEM unlocking" setting in my Developer settings.

allow OEM unlock seem disappeared from developers after latest android 13 update 33.0610.
