ROG Kunai 3, Firmware update failed

 Hi, My right controller of my ROG Kunai 3 stopped working and I cannot update the firmware as it will always fail. I have stable internet connection. Please help me fix this, I have saved up to buy this controller and it's giving me this problem.

I don't have any close Asus Service Center. I bought this a year ago from a reseller. I think this can be fixed through software or firmware update since that's the issue
