fail to unlock

I get error using the unlock tool fail to to unlock  [24803].   I cannot find OEM unlock item in developer settings.

how to solve that?

I have the same problem  when 5/2 still now with my zenfone 8 flip and zenfone 9,

Now that I'm selling my phone, this experience of not being able to unlock it makes me feel so bad!
