I’m having an issue with my ASUS ROG Phone 5, running Android 13 (system version: WW_33.0210.0210.242). The Google Play Store shows an "Integrity check failed" or "Device is not certified" messages, and because of that, I’m unable to download a banking app. My partner has the exact same phone and does not have that problem.
I’ve already tried clearing the storage and cache of both Google Play Store and Google Play Services, but the issue still persists. I haven’t modified my device in any way, and the system is fully up to date.
I’ve attached screenshots, including one showing the error message for your reference.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?
