Aero active cooler button trouble

Hi, sometimes the buttons on my Aero active cooler don't work. nothing happens in the game. however, they blink and I can feel the feedback from them. Anyone have an idea?

I have this same issue. The cooler buttons work at first, but the stop working in the middle of the game after like 15 seconds... It's kinda like turning on and off all the time, they work whenever they want to.. airtriggers are working perfectly tho.

Same is happening for people trying to stream or use ethernet port.

The identified bugs of the AeroCooler 6 currently are as follows. (Chinese zentalk main source), Firmware .160
Variable speed for no reason, fixing the speed does not change anything
The options auto, cool, glaciere do not correspond
Frequent disconnection / reconnection of AeroCooler
- The charger connected to usb-c of the fan will have the same problem
Buttons don't respond randomly

It seems that it is possible to minimize the bugs
Turn on RGB for AeroCooler 6 effects
After connecting AeroCooler to ROG6, put ROG6 to sleep and wake it up.

The Bugs were identified as of 08/30 and a new firmware is promised (since 10 days!!!), it may take a little time in my opinion because the AeroCooler bugs are minimal compared to other bugs, random reboot, heating, wifi, apn-mobile, ..............................

the fan firmware update prompt will appear halfway through the game
