Phone 6 Aero Active cooler not being detected.

hello, it seems just out of the blue. but my couple month old ROG cooler is not being detected. it is connecting as a USB device but isn't given any cooler functions. no connected notice, no button function. no fan. nada thing. I tried a few found remedies but none worked for. any help around?

I recommend trying to clear the Armoury Crate cache, you can do this by long-pressing the App icon > App info > Storage & cache > Clear cache.

If this does not work then please reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can take a closer look.

in my case, the cooler only detected for like 1 minute then undetected again, but the fan still working.
