Subject: Final Warning: Defective Mobile Motherboard – 7-Day Deadline Before Legal Action

 

Dear [ASUS/ Customer Support Team],

 

I am writing to inform you that my mobile device (Serial number: M9AIGF003500H57)has a defective motherboard issue, which remains unresolved despite previous complaints.

 

This is my final notice. If the defective motherboard is not replaced or repaired within the next 7 days, I will have no option but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act for selling a defective product and failing to provide adequate service.

 

Please treat this as an official warning.

 

I expect a written confirmation and resolution at the earliest.

Regarding your case, we have forwarded it to the local service team for confirmation. 
The service team has indicated that your product is out of warranty (warranty expired on 2023-12-17) and has offered you a repair discount.
I will forward your feedback to the local service team again for further review.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

But the company has selled me a mobile with a defective motherboard. Due to this the motherboard has got damaged twice in 2 years. It is not my fault.

I have been complaining for the last three months. If the company does not replace the motherboard for me free of cost in the next 7 days, I will go to the consumer court.

If there was any physical damage from my side, the display would have been damaged. If the battery had been damaged, I would have accepted it, but it is the motherboard that is damaged. This means there is a manufacturing defect from the mobile company.
