I am writing to request urgent assistance with my ASUS ROG Phone 5S. After the phone fully was plugged into charging as battery was 1%, the device has entered a continuous boot loop. Upon pressing down the power and volume up button, I am presented with four options: Start, Power Off, Recovery, and Restart Bootloader. Unfortunately, selecting any of these options results in the phone simply restarting and returning to the same screen, without any progress.
I have also wiped the phones data but still having the same issue
I have been unable to restore normal functionality and am unsure of the appropriate next steps. Could you please guide me through the necessary procedures to exit this boot loop and recover my device?
