I purchased a ROG 5 phone in September 2021, and in February 2022, it got completely dead.
So they replaced my old phone with a new one and assured me that the problem would not occur with the new phone, and it also comes with a one-year Inbox warranty.
In November 2022, my exchanged new phone was also dead with a similar motherboard issue, and when I approached the Asus service center, they told me your phone was not under warranty.
and all the services will be chargeable.
I done nothing wrong; how is this fair to pay for a manufacturing flaw.
and now I must pay more.
If my new phone comes with a 1-year warranty card, why isn't that warranty extended?
In one Year two rog 5 premium phone are dead, lost two times my whole data.
