Subject: Final Warning: Defective Mobile Motherboard – 7-Day Deadline Before Legal Action
Dear [ASUS/ Customer Support Team],
I am writing to inform you that my mobile device (Serial number: M9AIGF003500H57)has a defective motherboard issue, which remains unresolved despite previous complaints.
This is my final notice. If the defective motherboard is not replaced or repaired within the next 7 days, I will have no option but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act for selling a defective product and failing to provide adequate service.
Please treat this as an official warning.
I expect a written confirmation and resolution at the earliest.

I know the device is out of warranty but
Asus sold me a faulty phone.
Due to this reason the motherboard has died twice in 2 years.
This is the manufacture defect
Therefore I request Asus to replace the motherboard for me one last time. Free of cost.
